First time using them. Excellent service. Good shoes. I had to send a pair back. I had worn them, but it had taken a days wear to realise they were not very comfortable and too wide. Rpleaced with no question.

They run a little big, about a size and a half, and they stretch, so buy them smaller than your normal shoe size. They are easy to clean with the Ugg cleaner and stain repellent. Definitely would recommend them to everyone! Footwear, Etc. got them to us a day earlier than expected, too
